HASTINGS — The City of Hastings Street Department will close the northbound outside lane of Burlington Avenue between Sixth and Seventh streets to assist with the removal of a large dead tree Friday, May 2 at First Presbyterian Church.
First Presbyterian Church hired Best Tree Service to remove this tree on Friday. The work will start at 9 a.m. and be completely off the road by 5 p.m.
The closure is just one lane. Vehicles will be able to turn east onto Seventh Street.
