A Kearney Man has been sentenced in federal court on drug and firearms charges.
29-year-old Tyler Ray Tockey of Kearney was sentenced yesterday to nearly 2 years imprisonment for being an unlawful user of controlled substances while possessing a firearm. Following his sentence, Tockey will serve two years of supervised release.
In March of 2022, law enforcement executed a search warrant on Tockey’s residence. Upon entering the home, officers found firearms, marijuana, methamphetamine and ammunition.
