I think I’ll make meatballs tonight. The Food Network was on in the background airing what must have been a meatball connoisseur’s dream because over the course of an hour, every time I looked up at the screen, there they were. Meatballs to the left of me, meatballs to the right. The power of suggestion on display right there. Yep, I’m makingĀ meatballs tonight.
Recipe: 1/2lb of ground beef, 1/2lb ground pork, salt, pepper, garlic powder, scallions, 1 egg, very little flour. Mix all together and form nice-uh meat-uh balls. Fry in olive oil until brown and then sink ’em in tomato sauce.
