Husker walk on middle blocker Fallon Stutheit is leaving the Nebraska volleyball team and transferring to UNK. Stutheit took a redshirt during her first season with the team. Before joining the Huskers she was a two-time first-team Super-Stater and helped lead Johnson-Brock to three Class D-1 state championships.

UNK finished in 4th place in the final MIAA 2019-2020 Commissioner’s Cup standings. Central Missouri claimed the Cup for a third time in the last four years. Northwest Missouri State was a close second, followed by Pittsburg State. The Lopers finished in 7th place last year, they were 4th in the Cup standings in 2018. The Commissioner’s Cup will be presented to the University of Central Missouri at the annual MIAA Awards Ceremony, at a date yet to be determined due to the COVID-19 Global Health Pandemic. The announcement of the event will be announced after local, state, and national health officials properly advise for such activities to take place.
