Green Day, Goo Goo Dolls, Huey Lewis and the News and NSYNC appear on the soundtrack to the upcoming Marvel film Daredevil & Wolverine.
Consdiering the style of the previous two Daredevil films, most of thsese songs will likely be used for comic effect. The track list includes Goo Goo Dolls’ “Iris,” “Green Day’s “Good Riddance (Time of Your Life),” Huey Lewis and the News “The Power of Love,” NSYNC’s “Bye, Bye Bye,” Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta‘s Grease duet “You’re The One That I Want,” Avril Lavigne‘s “I’m With You” and “The Lady In Red” by Chris de Burgh.
The album also has a song sung by co-star Hugh Jackman from one of his musicals — “The Greatest Show” from The Greatest Showman. The vinyl version of the soundtrack is out Wednesday, with the streaming version out next Friday when the movie hits theaters.
