CONTEST RULES – Mow Your Grass Off on 107.7 The Island

These contest rules are specific to Mow Your Grass Off (the “Contest”) on KSYZ conducted by NRG Media, LLC d/b/a 107.7 The Island, KSYZ-FM (the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 3532 W Capital Ave, Grand Island, NE, during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website at www.1077theisland.com/contest-rules. These rules are intended to supplement the General Contest rules, however, to the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.

Contest Period: 12AM April 8th, 2024 – 5PM May 1st, 2024

The contest is open to individuals who are at least 19 years old and who reside within 75 miles of the Station’s studio.

  • HOW TO ENTER
    • ON-AIR via TEXT MESSAGE: Listen for the sounder and text the keyword “GRASS” to the Island text line at 308-398-9000.
    • ON-AIR via CALL IN: Listen for the sounder and call the Island studio line at 308-398-9000.
    • ONLINE: Enter via the contest portal online at www.1077theisland.com/mow-your-grass-off/ up to one time per day per user.
  • HOW AND WHEN THE WINNER WILL BE CHOSEN:
    • On Thursday, May 2nd in the 8AM hour on 107.7 The Island, Franzman will announce the winner.
    • We will select five entrants at random from the online contest, five entrants at random from the text line, and five entrants at random from the call-in list. All 15 entrants must be unique, and the same person cannot be chosen more than once.
    • One name will be selected at random from the 15 unique names and be named the winner of the contest.
  • TOTAL NUMBER OF WINNERS:
    • One grand prize winner will be named.
  • PRIZE & PRIZE VALUE
    • The Grand Prize is a 55” TV provided by B.A.G. Lawn Service for this contest. The value of the TV is estimated to be around $200.00.
