LINCOLN – The prodigal son has returned. Rather, he flipped his allegiance.
Per multiple reports, and confirmed on his personal social media pages, the consensus No. 1 rated quarterback in the 2024 recruiting cycle Dylan Raiola has announced his intention to join the Nebraska Football team.
The Buford, Georgia native has many ties to the Husker Football program – namely being the son of former All-American center Dominic Raiola. Dylan is also the nephew of current offensive line coach Donovan Raiola, who was recently extended under second year head coach Matt Rhule.
Raiola is expected to be an early enrollee for the 2024 spring semester, making him immediately eligible and available for spring practices starting in March.
Raiola is also joined in the class by Bellevue West quarterback Daniel Kaelin.
