So a stranger walks into a bar, but he’s really not a stranger. He’s AC/DC singer Brian Johnson and that’s exactly what happened on Saturday in Polebrook, Northamptonshire, England.
He was driving his friend’s car when he “got a little bit lost” and stopped at the Kings Arms pub where he had a glass of white wine and talked with the staff for 45 minutes.
Ollie De Gaunza, who works there, says the conversation ranged from his love of cars to his late mother’s tomato sauce.
“Apparently the secret is an Oxo cube — a stock cube (beef, chicken, herbs and spices)” says De Gaunza.
Johnson’s mother was Italian — Esther De Lucia from just outside Rome.
