According to some number-crunchers at Wells Fargo bank, tailgating is going to be more expensive this football season as travel and food costs are up because of inflation.
Gas prices are finally starting to trend down but the cost of airfare, beer and food are all up sharply from a year ago. Even the cost of propane, firewood and vegetables are up from last year.
Will you be traveling at all to sporting events over the next few months? As far as I feel right now, I won’t be traveling anytime soon.
